A native of California, Allison gained much of her political experience while serving as California Senator Barbara Boxer’s executive assistant and scheduler. Working in both Washington, D.C., and California, Allison managed the senator’s complex schedule on a statewide, national, and global scale. Thriving in fast-paced environments, Allison excels at finding creative solutions to changing demands while maintaining excellent judgment, poise, and cheer with every challenge.

In 2007, Allison relocated to Washington State where she worked as a coalition and community outreach consultant on the Approve Referendum 67 campaign. Working with over 100 of the campaign’s coalition partner organizations, Allison coordinated speaking forums, press events, and community forums to build support for Referendum 67 throughout the state.

Allison received her bachelor’s degree in rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley with an emphasis in public discourse. Allison is a member of NARAL Pro-Choice Washington's PAC Committee. She speaks Spanish and Italian, skills she honed while studying abroad in Europe. In her spare time, she enjoys developing her artistic skills through painting and photography.
