Matt McKenna

An expert in strategic communications, policy and media, Matt provides guidance to williamsworks clients on a variety of projects. In addition, Matt serves as Communications Director for President Bill Clinton as well as the William J. Clinton Foundation--roles he has held since 2007. Throughout the 2008 primary and general election campaign, Matt traveled with President Clinton, serving as his chief spokesperson. In 2006, Matt was Communications Director for Jon Tester's U.S. Senate race in which Tester, a 3rd generation Montana farmer, defeated longtime incumbent Conrad Burns.
Matt was also Communications Director in Senator Tester's Senate office. He has worked for Governor Brian Schweitzer of Montana, Senator Max Cleland of Georgia, Senator Mary Landrieu of Louisiana and Governor Tony Knowles of Alaska. A native of Bozeman, Montana, Matt graduated from Montana State University.
