Wesley Frugé brings a diverse work background ranging from the public to private sectors to his role as Special Assistant to the CEO & Founder at williamsworks. In this position he works closely with the CEO to run the organization, and supports client work on special projects, project management and event planning. Wesley has been with williamsworks for four years, and formerly served as Executive Assistant to the CEO & Founder.
Wesley came to williamsworks from Treehouse, a Seattle based non-profit that supports the educational needs of foster youth in the state of Washington. He served there as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and supported the Board of Directors. Before that, he lived in New York City where he was an Executive Assistant at Ralph Lauren, supporting the Senior Vice President of Merchandising and the Vice President of Marketing as well as a team of merchandisers in the Women’s Wholesale division. Wesley has also worked as a Personal Assistant in NYC, where he managed real estate and supported the event planning needs of many fashion, corporate, and fundraising events throughout Manhattan. As an event planner, he has worked on countless events ranging from large-scale corporate parties, celebrity fundraisers, to intimate curated dinners.
In addition, Wesley is the Founder and Producing Artistic Director of Forward Flux Productions, a non-profit live arts production company based in Seattle. In three seasons with Forward Flux, he has produced 7 new plays, 20 development reading workshops, directed 3 artist residencies working with over 60 local artists, and countless other live art events as well as cultivating and managing a board of directors and staff of volunteers. He has toured the country as an actor in various musical productions, and is a playwright, director, and communications and social media expert.
A native Texan, Wesley holds a BFA in Musical Theatre with a minor in Speech Communication from Sam Houston State University.
